Just throwing this out there, there is a Couture Fashion Show in Kamloops to help raise money for missing and murdered aboriginal women and girls.
Ticket prices are $23 and proceeds go to the families of Sisters in Spirit, an organization that advocates for our missing women.
Designs are available for purchase after the show.
The show is put on at the Kamloops Indian Band Powwow Round located on No. 5 Yellow head Highway. The show is a four hour event from 7:00pm to 11:00pm on Wednesday, Sept. 16.
If you live in the Kamloops area or the interior, this is a great way to see the work of some of Kamloops’ best fashion designers while supporting a good cause.
